GROUPS - Group Size and Staffing are guided by the Child Care Regulations 2003 and strictly adhered to.
Bauer Street employs permanent staff to act as 'Floaters' which ensures all staff are covered during designated breaks and child/staff ratios are maintained.

BLUE CARDS
All Staff, Management Committee Members, Students and Volunteers are required to hold a 'Blue Card' issued by the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian. This involves a "Working with Children" criminal history check.
